✨ BodyGlowByNichol Policies ✨ Your appointments are very important and reserved especially for you. That being said, a mutual respect of time is expected. ⏰ Late Policy An 8-minute grace period is allowed for all services. If you are running late, please reach out as soon as possible. After 8 minutes, you will be charged a late fee and may need to be rescheduled. 💳 Cancellation / Reschedule Policy Late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, or reschedules will be subject to a 50% charge of the service booked. No call / no shows will be charged 90% of the service. Multiple no call / no shows will result in being blocked from booking future appointments. 📅 Deposit Policy All deposits are non-refundable. However, they can be applied to a different service of your choice if rescheduling is necessary.
