Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important at BodyGlowByNichol and are reserved especially for you. That being said, a mutual respect of time is expected. A 8 minute late grace period is allowed for all services after that time period you will be charged a fee. If you’re running late to your appointment PLEASE reach out! If later than that you be charged and rescheduled. Late appointments, last minute reschedules / cancellations will be subject to a change 50% charge of the service scheduled. No call no shows will result in a fee of 90% Multiple no call no shows will result in not being able to book in the future. While I do understand that sometimes things can come up, please make sure to give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule / cancel. You can be waxed on your period I just ask you put in a fresh tampon before. Also if you would not like to be waxed on your period please try and schedule between your cycle.
